Hire a GTM engineer for your B2B outbound, dedicated to your company

Outbound that lands in the inbox. Built and run by one GTM engineer.

Neon Link gives US B2B companies one dedicated, full-time GTM engineer who works remotely from the Philippines or India on your US business hours and builds outbound for your own sales: target lists in Clay or Apollo, verified emails, AI-assisted research and first lines, and the sending domains, inboxes and sequences behind them. They look after deliverability, route replies to your salespeople and report meetings booked by segment, while someone on your side approves every sequence before it sends. It costs $2,995 a month, month to month, with no setup fee.

What your Linker handles

  • Build target lists in Clay, Apollo or similar from company, technology and intent signals that match the customers you want
  • Run enrichment waterfalls and verify every email address before anything is sent
  • Use AI steps to research each account and write first lines a person would actually send, then check a sample by hand
  • Set up and look after your sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup and volume limits
  • Build sequences in Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or the tool you run, and send them only after someone on your side approves the copy
  • Route replies to the right salesperson fast, and into your CRM when you run HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive
  • Honor every opt out and keep your sending inside the US rules for commercial email (CAN-SPAM)
  • Report weekly on deliverability, reply rate, positive replies and meetings booked by segment, so you know which market to push
Your tools

We screen for Clay or Apollo, at least one sending tool such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or Outreach, and working knowledge of SPF, DKIM, DMARC and warmup, plus spreadsheets, APIs and webhooks. If a finalist has not used yours, you'll know before they start.

How the work is measured

What your Linker is measured on. The targets are set with you in the first week and written into your statement of work.

  • Bounce and spam complaint rates against the limits set with you, with inbox placement checked every week
  • Meetings booked by segment, so you can see which list, message and market is working
  • The health of your sending domains over time, and how fast replies reach the right person

Who we put on it

  • Signs a confidentiality agreement and passes a background check
  • Works your US business hours from a quiet, private workspace
  • Wired internet with a backup connection and a plan for power outages
  • Clear written and spoken English your customers and partners can follow

How it starts

  1. Step 1Tell us the work: send us your job ad, or a 15 or 30 minute call with Dan.
  2. Step 2Get a written quote at the published rate, held for 30 days.
  3. Step 3We recruit and screen for your work and your tools, and you interview the finalist before they start.
  4. Step 4Your Linker works on your systems on your hours. A Neon Link manager runs the account and answers when you need them.
  5. Step 5If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost.

A good fit, and not a fit

  • B2B founders and sales leaders who know outbound works for them but have no one to build and run it
  • Companies whose cold email started landing in spam, or who worry it will hurt their main domain
  • Teams with salespeople who should be on calls, not building lists and fixing sequences
Not a fit
  • Taking sales calls, running demos or closing deals. Replies go to your salespeople
  • Cold calling or texting. This role builds and runs email outbound
  • Outbound to consumers, or campaigns run for other companies you resell to. Your Linker builds outbound for your own B2B sales
  • A promised number of meetings. You see what booked meetings by segment and decide where to push

Questions owners ask

How much does it cost to outsource GTM engineering and outbound?

$2,995 a month for one dedicated, full-time person (40 hours a week), month to month, or $2,895 a month on the 6-month plan. There is no setup fee, and pay, equipment and management are inside that one number. For comparison, a US marketing specialist costs about $9,390 a month fully loaded, using the BLS median wage plus employer costs.

Should I hire a GTM engineer or an SDR?

Hire a GTM engineer when the problem is the machine: who to target, whether the emails are verified, whether mail lands in the inbox, and which segment books meetings. Hire an SDR when you need someone on the phone and in conversations. A GTM engineer builds the lists, the enrichment, the sending setup and the sequences, then routes replies to whoever sells. Many small B2B teams start with the engine, because a salesperson with bad lists and a burned domain has nothing to work.

Will cold email hurt my company's main domain?

It can when it is set up badly, which is why your Linker owns the sending infrastructure: sending domains and inboxes set up to protect your main domain, SPF, DKIM and DMARC, warmup, volume limits and verified lists. Bounce and complaint rates are watched against limits set with you, and inbox placement is checked every week.

Is cold email to US businesses legal?

Commercial email in the US falls under CAN-SPAM, which sets rules such as a working opt out and honest sender details. We screen for people who know those rules and honor every opt out, and you approve the copy before it sends. The legal call on your program stays with you and your counsel.

How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?

You get one dedicated person who works only for your company, on your hours, inside your software, and a Neon Link manager runs the account: pay, equipment, replacement if it comes to that, and a phone that gets answered. You never run offshore payroll or manage a freelancer alone. It is not a shared pool, a ticket queue or a 24/7 answering line.

How fast can someone start?

We start recruiting when you say go. You interview the finalist before anyone starts, and the start date is set with you once you pick the person. We would rather take the time to find the right fit than hand you whoever is free.

What if the person is not the right fit?

If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost. After that, if they leave, we recruit the replacement at no charge and manage the handover. Training on your process runs at the normal monthly rate.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Month to month is available on every plan. The 6-month plan trades a longer commitment for a lower monthly rate. A written quote at the published rate is held for 30 days.
