Twenty years inside outsourcing.
Now I’m building what’s next.
If you’re going to trust someone with part of your business, you should know who they are. This is me.
I started working when I was twelve. In 2005, at eighteen, I took my first contact center job, working the night shift in La Crosse, Wisconsin, with no idea it would turn into a twenty-year career in outsourcing.
I started on the phones, worked my way up into leadership, and spent the next several years learning the business from the ground up.
Then, in 2013, an opportunity came along that changed my life.
I was 26, living in Phoenix, yet to venture outside of the United States. I was asked to move to the Philippines and help build a site there.
I went.
I spent most of the next decade living and working in Manila. Building teams, developing leaders, launching new operations, and learning what it truly takes to make offshore teams successful.
Eventually, my responsibilities grew to more than 2,000 people across three countries.
But the scale isn't the important part.
It's the perspective those years gave me.
I developed a clear view of what makes global operations work for everyone involved, where relationships break down, and what growing businesses actually need from an offshore partner.
Great talent is only the beginning.
The real value comes from putting the right people in the right places, giving them room to grow, and using technology where it genuinely makes the operation better, never forcing it because of hype.
I also learned that outsourcing doesn't need to start with hundreds of people.
Sometimes a growing company just needs one great person.
Then two.
Then three.
That's the idea behind Neon Link.
I founded it to build the kind of business I believe this industry needs next.
Not a call center.
Not a VA shop.
Knowledge Process Outsourcing built for growing businesses.
We combine great people with process management, continuous improvement, automation, and AI tools to help our clients build better back-office operations without having to overspend or build everything themselves.
Neon Link isn't the next company on my résumé.
It's the first one I'm building for myself.
And if you decide to trust us with part of your business, I take that responsibility personally.
When you book a call with Neon Link, you aren't getting handed to a salesperson.
You're talking to me.

Building Neon Link.
Why we call them Linkers.
Our people are the link between what you want your business to be and what it does every day. The name is a promise about how we treat them: paid well, supported, and given somewhere to grow. A Linker who is valued does work you can build a business on. That is the entire reason ours works.
What we believe. All of it tested.
Enough about me.
Let’s talk about your business.
