Hire an n8n, Make or Zapier automation specialist, dedicated to your business

End the copy and paste. Workflows that run themselves.

Neon Link gives a US business one dedicated, full-time automation specialist who works remotely from the Philippines or India, with real overlap with your US business hours, building and running workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier. They map the manual process with the person who does it today, then connect your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, accounting tools and forms through APIs and webhooks, with AI steps that sort, extract or draft and a person on your side approving anything that goes to a customer. It is quoted per engagement after a short call, with no setup fee, month to month.

What your Linker handles

  • Sit with the person who does the work today, map the manual process and design the automation before building it
  • Stop leads being typed by hand from one system into another: connect your forms, CRM and inbox through APIs and webhooks
  • Build workflows in n8n, Make or Zapier across your CRM, inbox, spreadsheets, accounting tools and forms
  • Automate the report someone rebuilds by hand every week
  • Chase unpaid invoices from your accounting tool automatically, with the wording you approve
  • Add AI steps that classify, extract, summarize or draft, such as reading an email and sorting the request, with a person approving anything that goes to a customer
  • Handle the failure cases: retries, duplicate protection, error alerts and a clear log of what ran
  • Write a one page runbook for every workflow so your team can see what it does and who to call
  • Watch new workflows closely in their first weeks in production and fix what breaks
Your tools

We screen for n8n, Make, Zapier or Power Automate, APIs, webhooks, JSON, API keys and OAuth, an LLM step on OpenAI, Claude or Gemini, and enough JavaScript or Python for a code step. HubSpot, GoHighLevel, QuickBooks, Airtable, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and self-hosting n8n, are a plus. If a finalist has not used yours, you'll know before they start.

How the work is measured

What your Linker is measured on. The targets are set with you in the first week and written into your statement of work.

  • Manual work removed each week, measured before and after against the target set with you
  • Errors caught, retried or reported, with a log of every run you can check
  • Whether your team can explain what each workflow does from its runbook

Who we put on it

  • Signs a confidentiality agreement and passes a background check
  • Works with real overlap on your US business hours from a quiet, private workspace
  • Wired internet with a backup connection and a plan for power outages
  • Clear written and spoken English your customers and partners can follow

How it starts

  1. Step 1Send us your job ad, or tell us the work on a 15 or 30 minute call with Dan.
  2. Step 2Get a written quote for the role, held for 30 days.
  3. Step 3We recruit and screen for your work and your tools, and you interview the finalist before they start.
  4. Step 4Your Linker works on your systems on your hours. A Neon Link manager runs the account and answers when you need them.
  5. Step 5If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost.

A good fit, and not a fit

  • Businesses where someone retypes leads, orders or invoices from one tool into another
  • Owners already paying for Zapier, Make or n8n with half-built workflows nobody maintains
  • Teams that want AI to sort and draft, with a person still approving what goes out
Not a fit
  • A custom app or client portal. For that, look at a full-stack developer
  • Data entry. Your Linker builds the workflow that replaces it rather than doing it by hand
  • AI that emails customers with nobody checking. A person on your side approves anything customer-facing
  • Round-the-clock monitoring. Your Linker is one person working with overlap on your US business hours, and workflows send error alerts when something breaks

Questions owners ask

How much does it cost to hire an automation specialist through Neon Link?

It is quoted per engagement, because the scope and the seniority you need change the person we recruit. You get a written quote after a short call, held for 30 days, with no setup fee and month to month terms. For comparison, a US computer systems analyst costs about $12,620 a month fully loaded, using the BLS median wage plus employer costs.

Should I use n8n, Make or Zapier?

It depends on what you already run, how many steps your workflows have and whether you want to host the platform yourself. Your automation specialist works in whichever you choose, recommends one when you have none, and explains the tradeoff in plain English before building. Self-hosting n8n is screened as a plus, so raise it at the interview if it matters to you.

What happens when an automation breaks?

Every workflow is built with retries, duplicate protection and error alerts, and keeps a log of what ran. When an app changes its API, the alert reaches your specialist, who fixes it during their shift. Each workflow has a one page runbook so your team knows what it does and who to call.

Can AI handle my email automatically?

AI steps can read an email, sort the request, pull out the details and draft a reply. Anything that goes to a customer waits for a person on your side to approve it. The specialist adds an AI step only where it earns its place, and keeps the rest of the workflow plain and predictable.

How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?

You get one dedicated person who works only for your business, on your hours, inside your software, and a Neon Link manager runs the account: pay, equipment, replacement if it comes to that, and a phone that gets answered. You never run offshore payroll or manage a freelancer alone. It is not a shared pool, a ticket queue or a 24/7 answering line.

How fast can someone start?

We start recruiting when you say go. You interview the finalist before anyone starts, and the start date is set with you once you pick the person. We would rather take the time to find the right fit than hand you whoever is free.

What if the person is not the right fit?

If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost. After that, if they leave, we recruit the replacement at no charge and manage the handover. Training on your process runs at the normal monthly rate.

Do we have to sign a long contract?

No. Month to month is available on every plan. The 6-month plan trades a longer commitment for a lower monthly rate. A written quote at the published rate is held for 30 days.
