Our commitment

Neon Link LLC wants neonlink.ai to work for everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a checkbox.

What we do

• Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure and named landmarks.
• Full keyboard access: every interactive element can be reached and operated without a mouse, with a visible focus indicator, and a skip link jumps past the navigation.
• Labels on every form field, with errors announced in text rather than color alone.
• Text and interface colors chosen to meet WCAG contrast requirements against our dark background.
• Motion respect: our animated background and moving elements are reduced to a still frame for visitors whose systems request reduced motion.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative visuals hidden from assistive technology.
• A responsive layout that works with zoom up to 200 percent and on small screens.

Known limitations

Some parts of the Site rely on third parties whose accessibility we do not control, most notably the embedded booking calendar on our book-a-call page. If the calendar does not work with your setup, email us at [email protected] and we will schedule your call directly by email, no calendar required. The same goes for anything else on the Site: whatever the page will not do for you, a person will.
