The rate card

The price is the price.

No discovery call required. These rates are pulled live from the system we run the business on. When they change there, they change here.

Two rates. Specialized work is exactly $1,000 more. That is the whole rate card.

How we calculate US cost: each comparison starts from the Bureau of Labor Statistics median annual salary for the closest matching occupation (BLS Occupational Employment and Wage Statistics), divided by 12, then grossed up for the full employer burden of benefits, payroll taxes, insurance, and paid leave using the BLS Employer Costs for Employee Compensation series, where wages average 69.9% of total compensation as of March 2026. Figures are rounded to the nearest $10 and reviewed whenever our rate card changes. They are estimates of a typical fully loaded US cost, not a quote of any specific employer’s costs.

One number. Everything inside it.

The person. Sourced, screened, and hired for your processes, working your hours, on your account only.
Their whole cost. Pay, equipment, secure setup, management. One invoice from us, and you never run offshore payroll.
A manager who answers. One person accountable for how the work is going, reachable when you need them.
Continuity. If the fit is wrong in the first 90 days, we swap them at no cost. After that, we handle any change and manage the handover end to end.
The Automation Dividend. When we automate part of your work, the hours come back to you. Same bill, more done. Built into how we work.
No exit toll. Month to month is available on every plan. We keep clients with work, not with contracts.

Fair questions.

Is that the whole price?

Yes. One flat monthly rate per Linker. Sourcing, pay, equipment, and the manager on your account are all inside it. There is no setup fee and no invoice surprise.

What exactly is a Linker?

One dedicated person, assigned to your business only, working your processes on your hours. Not a shared pool, not a ticket queue. You will know their name. We call them Linkers because that is what they do: they link the work that piles up to the person who is good at it.

How do the terms work?

Month to month means exactly that. The 6-month plan trades a longer commitment for a lower monthly rate. Pick whichever lets you sleep.

Why are some industries on the Expert rate?

Most lanes are on the Standard rate. Credentialing & CVO Teams and Bankruptcy Law sit on the Expert rate because the work is governed by payer rules, statutes and hard deadlines, and the person we put on it needs deeper experience. The industry table above shows the live rate for every lane.

What is the Automation Dividend?

Every process we run gets measured. When software can do a piece of your work better than a person, we build it, and the hours it frees go straight back into your work: deeper backlog cleanup, faster turnaround, tasks your team did not have room for before. Same bill, more done, built into how we run every engagement.
