The role
Neon Link places remote GTM engineers in the Philippines with US companies. US B2B companies win new clients with targeted outbound: the right companies, the right person, a reason to write today, and email that lands in the inbox. You build that end to end: lists and enrichment, AI assisted research and first lines, sending infrastructure that protects the domain, and the reporting that shows what booked meetings. Send a table, a workflow or a sequence you built (with the data blurred), tell us what it targeted and what kind of business used it, and leave the client's name out.
We are hiring for this role now. Depending on the engagement, the work is project based or full time, at a rate agreed up front. We never charge a fee to apply, test, train or start.
What you'll do
- Build target lists from company, technology and intent signals in Clay, Apollo or similar
- Run enrichment waterfalls and verify every email address before anything is sent
- Use AI steps to research accounts and write first lines a person would actually send, then check a sample by hand
- Set up and look after sending infrastructure: domains, inboxes, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup and volume limits
- Build sequences in tools such as Instantly, Smartlead or Apollo, and route replies to the right person fast
- Report weekly: deliverability, reply rate, positive replies and meetings booked by segment
- Keep opt outs, bounces and replies in sync between the sending tool and the CRM, so nobody who opted out, bounced or already replied gets the next email in a sequence
- Bounce and complaint rates inside the limits set with the client, with inbox placement checked every week
- Meetings booked by segment, so the client knows which market to push
- A sending domain that stays healthy month after month
What you bring
- 1 or more years running outbound for B2B companies, with US targets
- Hands-on with Clay or Apollo, and at least one sending tool such as Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist or Outreach
- Working knowledge of email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, warmup, list hygiene and spam complaint rates
- Knows the US rules for commercial email (CAN-SPAM) and honors every opt out
- Clear written English: your first lines read like a person wrote them
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, APIs and webhooks
- Careful with client data and access: you work only in the accounts and domains a client sets up for you, keep their lists, API keys and sending accounts out of personal accounts, and before your first client project you'll sign a confidentiality agreement and pass a background check, including a current NBI clearance
- Education: any degree or none; results matter more
- HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive, and building reply routing into a CRM
- N8n or Make for the steps Clay does not cover
Work setup
- Your own computer with 16 GB of RAM or more and an Intel Core i5, AMD Ryzen 5 or Apple M series processor or better, on Windows 10 or 11, macOS or Linux, with a webcam and a headset
- Fiber internet of at least 50 Mbps, with a mobile data or second provider backup
- A UPS or generator so a brownout doesn't drop a client call or a deploy
- A quiet workspace for client calls and screen shares
- Tell us your city and province when you apply; we hire across regions, so one storm or outage doesn't hit everyone at once
You'll do well here if
