Outsourced provider credentialing and payer enrollment staff
Expirables expire. We chase.
Neon Link gives CVOs, credentialing teams, billing companies and medical groups one dedicated, full-time credentialing and enrollment specialist who works remotely from the Philippines or India on your US business hours. They keep CAQH ProView profiles complete and attestations current, file CMS-855 applications in PECOS, run commercial payer enrollments and re-credentialing, and track every license, DEA registration and malpractice policy before it expires. It costs $2,995 a month, month to month, with no setup fee.

What your Linker handles
- Build and maintain CAQH ProView profiles, keep the documents current, and chase the provider before a re-attestation is due
- File CMS-855 applications in PECOS and keep each provider's NPPES record current
- Run commercial payer enrollments and follow each one up with the payer until it closes
- Run re-credentialing on schedule and start every renewal well before its deadline, with the status logged where your team can see it
- Track every expirable, including state licenses, DEA registrations and malpractice coverage, and chase renewals before they lapse
- Primary source verification on the credentials you require, done to your verification policy and documented in the provider file
- Check every enrollment for missing documents, signatures and forms, so it goes to the payer complete the first time
- Work payer portals and phone queues every day, and log every call with a reference number, a name and a date
- Send the credentialing lead or practice manager a short weekly summary of what moved, what's stuck and what's needed from each provider
We screen for the credentialing platform you run, such as Modio, Verifiable, CredentialStream or symplr, on top of daily work in CAQH ProView, PECOS and NPPES. If a finalist has not used yours, you'll know before they start.
How the work is measured
What your Linker is measured on. The targets are set with you in the first week, from your volumes and your hours, and written into your statement of work.
- CAQH attestations and credential expirations tracked for every provider on the roster
- Enrollment packets checked against each payer's requirements before they go out, measured on how many come back for missing items
- Every payer call logged with a reference number, a name and a date
- A weekly summary of what moved, what is stuck and what is needed from the provider
Who we put on it
- Signs a confidentiality agreement and passes a background check
- Works your US business hours from a quiet, private workspace
- Wired internet with a backup connection and a plan for power outages
- Clear written and spoken English your customers and partners can follow
How it starts
- Step 1Tell us the work: a 15 or 30 minute call with Dan, or the sixty second scope on the homepage.
- Step 2Get a written quote at the published rate, held for 30 days.
- Step 3We recruit and screen for your work and your software, and you interview the finalist before they start.
- Step 4Your Linker works your queue on your hours. A Neon Link manager runs the account and answers when you need them.
- Step 5If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost.
A good fit, and not a fit
- CVOs and credentialing teams with a backlog of applications and re-credentialing files that keeps growing
- Billing companies whose new providers can't be billed until their enrollments close
- Medical groups adding providers that need every license, DEA registration and malpractice policy tracked in one place
- Signing or attesting for a provider. Attestations and signatures belong to the provider or your authorized official
- Deciding whether a provider is approved. That stays with your committee or medical director
- Billing and AR follow-up as the main job. That has its own page

Questions owners ask
How much does it cost to outsource provider credentialing?
$2,995 a month for one dedicated, full-time person (40 hours a week), month to month, or $2,895 a month on the 6-month plan. There is no setup fee, and pay, equipment and management are inside that one number. For comparison, a US medical records specialist costs about $5,990 a month fully loaded, using the BLS median wage plus employer costs.
How long does payer enrollment take?
The payer sets the clock, and enrollments usually close somewhere in a 60 to 120 day window. Nobody outside the payer can promise a date, and we don't. What your Linker controls is submitting each enrollment complete the first time, so it isn't held up by something missing, and following it up until it closes.
Can they do primary source verification?
Yes. Primary source verification is part of this lane: your Linker verifies the credentials you require, following your own verification policy, and documents the result in the provider file. Whether a provider is approved stays with your committee or medical director.
Who signs the CAQH attestation and the enrollment applications?
The provider attests, and the provider or your authorized official signs the applications. Your Linker builds and maintains the CAQH ProView profile, prepares each application so it is complete, and chases the provider before a re-attestation is due, so the provider's part is reviewing and signing.
How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?
You get one dedicated person who works only for your organization, on your hours, inside your software, and a Neon Link manager runs the account: pay, equipment, replacement if it comes to that, and a phone that gets answered. You never run offshore payroll or manage a freelancer alone. It is not a shared pool, a ticket queue or a 24/7 answering line.
How fast can someone start?
We start recruiting when you say go. You interview the finalist before anyone starts, and the start date is set with you once you pick the person. We would rather take the time to find the right fit than hand you whoever is free.
What if the person is not the right fit?
If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost. After that, if they leave, we recruit the replacement at no charge and manage the handover. Training on your process runs at the normal monthly rate.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month is available on every plan. The 6-month plan trades a longer commitment for a lower monthly rate. A written quote at the published rate is held for 30 days.
