Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
1. What this policy covers
This policy explains how Neon Link LLC, an Arizona limited liability company, uses cookies and similar technologies on neonlink.ai (the "Site"). It works together with our Privacy Policy.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Related technologies like local storage and tracking pixels do similar jobs. They can remember your choices, keep things working, or measure how a site is used. We group everything under "cookies" here for simplicity.
3. What we use
Strictly necessary
We store your cookie banner choice in your browser's local storage (keys named cookieConsentGiven and cookieConsentValue) so we do not ask you again on every visit. This stores only your yes or no; it identifies nothing about you. It loads regardless of consent because it exists to record your consent.
Analytics
We use the following to understand how the Site is used:
- Google Analytics (cookies beginning with _ga and _ga_): measures traffic sources, page views, and usage patterns so we can see what is working. Google privacy policy.
- Microsoft Clarity (cookies beginning with _clck and _clsk): heatmaps and session replays that show us how visitors interact with pages, so we can improve them. Microsoft privacy statement.
- First-party usage analytics: our own analytics system counts visits, measures which pages and features are used, and records your approximate country and network using IPinfo's IP geolocation service. No third-party advertising cookies are involved. IPinfo privacy policy.
How these start depends on where you are. For visitors in the United States and other places that follow a notice-and-opt-out model, analytics run by default and you can turn them off at any time with the Opt out button on our notice or the reset button below. For visitors in the EEA and UK, analytics stay off until you click Accept. Wherever you are, a stored Decline is honored, and if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal we treat it as a decline automatically.
Third party embeds
The booking calendar on our book-a-call page is provided by Cal.com and may set its own cookies when it loads, governed by Cal.com's privacy policy.
4. Your choices
Our notice appears on your first visit and your choice is remembered. You can change your mind at any time:
- Use the button below to clear your saved choice; the banner will ask again.
- Clear cookies and site data for neonlink.ai in your browser settings.
- Block third party cookies entirely in your browser; the Site works fine without them.
5. Changes and contact
If we add or remove cookies, we will update this page and its "Last updated" date. Questions go to [email protected].
