1. What this covers
This policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, on neonlink.ai. It works together with our Privacy Policy.
2. The types we use
- Strictly necessary. These remember your cookie choice, run Cloudflare Turnstile security checks that protect our forms from bots, and run our booking calendar. We always use them.
- Analytics. Our own analytics and Google Analytics show us how our site is used, such as which pages and features get used. Our own analytics also helps us understand which organizations are interested in our services and follow up with people who contact us or engage with our emails.
- Session recording. Microsoft Clarity records how you interact with our pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, with form entries hidden. Clarity also sets Microsoft's own cookies.
Depending on where you are, we either use analytics and session recording unless you opt out, or use them only after you agree. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we turn off analytics and session recording in that browser.

4. Google and Microsoft
Google and Microsoft are independent companies. Google handles Google Analytics data under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Microsoft collects or receives personal data from you to provide and improve Clarity and its other products and to provide Microsoft Advertising, and may use it for its own purposes as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We cannot delete cookies that Microsoft has already set in your browser. You can clear them in your browser settings.
5. Your choices
- Cookie settings. Use "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page, or the button below, to change your choice.
- Global Privacy Control. Turn it on in a browser or extension that supports it.
- Your browser. You can clear or block cookies and site data. If you clear them, we will no longer know your choice. Most of our site works with third-party cookies blocked; if the booking calendar does not load, email hello@neonlink.ai and we will book your call by email.
