They build in React or Next.js on Supabase or Postgres with AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor, read and test every change before it ships, and set up logins and row level security so each user sees only their own records, with a person on your side approving what your customers see. What your Linker handles
- Turn the spreadsheet your team runs on into a working app: a Postgres schema, forms, views and roles
- Build a client portal where each customer logs in and sees only their own records
- Build internal tools in React or Next.js on Supabase or Postgres, using AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Cursor to move fast
- Read, test and understand every change the agent writes before it ships, and keep the code clean enough for the next developer

We screen for React or Next.js with TypeScript, Postgres in Supabase or on its own, authentication and row level security, and daily use of AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf or GitHub Copilot. Stripe, file uploads, e-signature and deploying on Vercel, Netlify or Cloudflare are a plus. If a finalist has not used yours, you'll know before they start.

Questions owners ask
How much does it cost to hire a full-stack developer through Neon Link?
It is quoted per engagement, because the scope and the seniority you need change the person we recruit. You get a written quote after a short call, held for 30 days, with no setup fee and month to month terms. For comparison, a US web developer costs about $11,050 a month fully loaded, using the BLS median wage plus employer costs.
Can I run my business on an app built with AI coding tools?
You can when a developer owns it. Your developer uses Claude Code or Cursor for much of the typing, then reads, tests and understands every change before it ships. Logins and row level security are set up so each user sees only their own records, and the developer tries to break them before your customers can. Secrets stay out of the code and backups are on.
Why build on Supabase?
Supabase is Postgres with logins, row level security, file storage and serverless functions built in, which covers most of what an internal tool or client portal needs without stitching services together. If you already run plain Postgres, your developer works in that instead. Either way your data sits in a standard Postgres database in your own account.
What can a client portal include?
Whatever your customers need to see and do: log in, view their own records, upload files and, if you want them, pay or sign. Stripe payments, file uploads and e-signature are screened as a plus, so tell us at the start if your portal needs them.
How is this different from hiring a virtual assistant?
You get one dedicated person who works only for your business, on your hours, inside your software, and a Neon Link manager runs the account: pay, equipment, replacement if it comes to that, and a phone that gets answered. You never run offshore payroll or manage a freelancer alone. It is not a shared pool, a ticket queue or a 24/7 answering line.
How fast can someone start?
We start recruiting when you say go. You interview the finalist before anyone starts, and the start date is set with you once you pick the person. We would rather take the time to find the right fit than hand you whoever is free.
What if the person is not the right fit?
If the fit is wrong in the first 60 days, we swap them at no cost. After that, if they leave, we recruit the replacement at no charge and manage the handover. Training on your process runs at the normal monthly rate.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Month to month is available on every plan. The 6-month plan trades a longer commitment for a lower monthly rate. A written quote at the published rate is held for 30 days.
