Sales Development Representative (US B2B Cold Calling)
Two cold callers who like a full calendar.
The role
This role is with Neon Link directly, not a client. We are hiring two Sales Development Representatives to book meetings for our founder with US business owners in healthcare, trucking, restoration, insurance, self-storage and professional services. You will work inside our own CRM, which hands you a daily list, scores the leads, drafts the emails and tells you who to call next. Your job is the conversation: 60 to 100 dials a day, short sharp emails and texts, real follow-up, and a meeting on the calendar. You report directly to the founder, a 20 year BPO operator who started on the phones himself.
What you will do
- Make 60 to 100 outbound calls a day to US decision makers from the CRM's daily list
- Send follow-up emails and texts from the CRM sequences and keep every touch logged
- Qualify the fit, handle the first objections and book discovery calls for the founder
- Keep lead records accurate: dispositions, notes, callbacks, contact details
- Hit a weekly meetings-booked number and report on it plainly
- Feed back what prospects say so the pitch gets sharper
What you bring
- 2 or more years of outbound B2B cold calling to US businesses, with numbers you can talk about
- Confident, natural English on the phone; you sound like a colleague, not a script
- Resilient: you take the no and dial the next one
- Organized inside a CRM and disciplined about logging every touch
- Able to work US business hours (night shift in the Philippines)
- A quiet, private workspace, a good headset and a wired internet connection
- Experience selling outsourcing, staffing or B2B services
You will do well here if
