Recruiting Coordinator / Talent Sourcer

The role

This role is with Neon Link directly, not a client. We place Filipino professionals with US companies, and the pipeline needs an owner. You will source candidates on JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and referrals, screen applications in our recruiting portal (AI scores them, you make the call), run first interviews, keep candidates warm, and hand the shortlist to the founder for client interviews. You are the first person a candidate meets, so you set the tone for how Neon Link treats people.

What you will do

• Source candidates for open lanes on JobStreet, LinkedIn, Facebook groups and referral networks
• Screen applications in the recruiting portal and run first round phone and video interviews
• Check references, verify work history and confirm work from home setups
• Keep every candidate updated and every stage in the pipeline current
• Report weekly on pipeline health: applications, interviews, shortlists, time to fill
• Suggest better ways to find and keep good people

What you bring

• 2 or more years recruiting for a BPO, staffing firm or fast growing company in the Philippines
• Can judge English fluency, professionalism and reliability on a 15 minute call
• Organized in an ATS or recruiting tool and disciplined about notes
• Warm, direct and respectful with candidates at every stage
• Able to work Philippine daytime with some overlap into US morning
• A quiet, private workspace and a wired internet connection
