The role
Neon Link places remote GoHighLevel specialists in the Philippines with US companies. Plenty of small businesses run their marketing, booking and follow-up on one all-in-one CRM platform and use a fraction of it: leads sit untouched, follow-ups go out late or not at all, and nobody trusts the pipeline. You join a client full time and make that platform work: workflows that follow up on every lead, AI chat and voice agents that answer, qualify and book, pipelines that show the real state of every deal, and forms and funnels that feed clean records into the CRM.
Show us an account you built or a workflow someone relied on, tell us what it did and what kind of business ran it, and leave the client's name out; a screen recording walkthrough is the strongest proof. We never charge a fee to apply, test, train or start.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows and automations for lead follow-up, appointment reminders, review requests and reactivation, with triggers, conditions and waits that match how the business actually works
- Set up and tune Conversation AI and voice AI agents: write the prompts and knowledge base, decide when a person takes over, and read transcripts to fix wrong or off-brand answers
- Build pipelines, stages, custom fields and tags so every lead and deal shows where it stands and who owns the next step
- Build funnels, forms, surveys and calendars that capture clean data and book straight onto the right calendar
- Connect GoHighLevel to the client's other tools through native integrations, webhooks, Zapier or n8n, and catch errors before they cost a lead
- Keep the CRM clean: merge duplicates, fix bad data, retire dead workflows and document every live one so the client's team knows what runs
- Report on lead response, booked appointments and pipeline movement in GoHighLevel dashboards, and propose the next fix
What success looks like
- Every new lead gets a timely, correct follow-up, measured against response targets set with the client
- AI agents that answer correctly, book real appointments and hand off to a person at the right moment
- A pipeline the owner trusts enough to run the business from
What you bring
- 2 or more years building in GoHighLevel for a real business or agency: workflows, pipelines, funnels, forms and calendars
- Hands-on with Conversation AI or voice AI agents in GoHighLevel, or a similar AI chat or voice tool, live with real leads
- Comfortable with webhooks, custom values, triggers and integrations through Zapier, Make or n8n
- Clear written English: you can write a follow-up message in a US owner's voice and explain a workflow to someone who has never seen one
- Able to work US business hours, a night shift in the Philippines, and hold that schedule long term
- Careful with lead and client data: you work only in the accounts the client sets up for you, keep lead lists, logins and API keys out of personal accounts, and you'll sign a confidentiality agreement and pass a background check, including a current NBI clearance
- Education: any degree or none; what you built matters more

- A2P 10DLC registration, email domain setup and deliverability basics
- Snapshots, sub-account setup or agency-side GoHighLevel experience
Work setup
- Your own computer with 16 GB of RAM or more and an Intel Core i5, AMD Ryzen 5 or Apple M series processor or better, on Windows 10 or 11 or macOS, with a webcam and a noise canceling headset
- Fiber internet of at least 50 Mbps, with a mobile data or second provider backup
- A UPS or generator so a brownout doesn't end your shift
- A quiet workspace for client calls and screen shares

- PHP 49,000 to 58,000 a month (about PHP 292 to 345 an hour). About USD 780 to 920 a month at today's exchange rate. The rate already covers night hours. Pay is in Philippine pesos (PHP).
