Trucking Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator

The role

Neon Link places dispatchers and logistics coordinators with US trucking companies, freight brokers, 3PLs and last mile fleets, and we're hiring for that lane now. Depending on the client, you'll plan and assign loads, keep drivers rolling, run check calls and ETAs, and handle the paper behind the freight: carrier packets, rate confirmations, BOLs, PODs, detention and billing. The work runs on US clocks, so this is a night shift here and a board that never fully stops. It matters because a driver sitting still is money burning, and a missed check call is a customer the client doesn't get back. People thrive here when they're calm under pressure, quick on the phone and precise with documents. If you've run a board on a US fleet or worked DAT and Truckstop for a broker, we want to talk. Selected candidates are interviewed now and matched to a client engagement as it opens.

What you'll do

• Plan and assign loads, keep the board balanced and keep drivers moving from one pickup to the next
• Search and book freight on DAT and Truckstop, negotiate with brokers and confirm every lane in writing
• Run check calls, track ETAs and tell the customer about a delay before they have to ask
• Handle rate confirmations, carrier packets, BOLs, PODs, detention, lumper and accessorial paperwork
• Keep the TMS clean: carrier and customer setup, load status, notes and documents attached to the right order
• Watch hours of service and appointment windows so a driver never runs out of clock at a closed dock
• Work breakdowns, late pickups, reschedules and missing paperwork before they turn into claims
• Report daily on loads covered, open issues and anything that needs an owner's decision

What you bring

• 2 or more years dispatching, running track and trace, or coordinating loads for a US trucking company, freight broker or 3PL
• Hands on with load boards such as DAT or Truckstop, and confident in at least one TMS
• Working knowledge of hours of service, ELD logs and FMCSA basics, plus dry van, reefer, flatbed or power only operations
• Fluent, confident English on the phone with drivers, brokers, shippers and receivers, and clean written English in email
• Comfortable with US freight vocabulary: deadhead, lane, detention, layover, accessorials, appointment against first come first served
• Able to work the client's US dispatch hours, which usually means a night shift in Pakistan, including early morning starts
• Strong with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office and quick to pick up a new dispatch system
• Willing to pass a background check and sign a confidentiality agreement before you start on a client account
• A quiet, private workspace, wired internet of at least 25 Mbps with a backup connection, a computer that runs the client's TMS and load boards, and a noise cancelling headset
• Education: any bachelor's degree preferred, not required; relevant dispatch or freight experience matters more
