The role

This role is with Neon Link directly, not a client. We run our own sales and recruiting platform: a React and Vite front end, Supabase Postgres with row level security, edge functions in Deno, and AI features built on the Claude API that research leads, draft outreach, score candidates and propose actions for a human to approve. We want a developer who can own this codebase and ship the next pieces: agent workflows with approval queues, integrations (email, SMS, calendar, job boards), timesheets and client reporting, and internal tools that remove manual work from the business. You will work directly with the founder, who reads every diff, and with Claude as a daily pair. Show us something you built and shipped.

What you will do

Build and maintain features across the stack: React, Postgres (RLS, migrations, RPCs), Deno edge functions
Design and ship AI features on the Claude API: prompts, structured outputs, cost controls, human approval loops
Integrate third party APIs (email, SMS, calendar, job boards, payments) with proper auth and error handling
Write migrations that apply cleanly, keep secrets out of code, and leave things more secure than you found them
Document what you build so the next person (or the next AI session) can pick it up
Ship small, ship weekly

What you bring

3 or more years building production web applications; strong JavaScript or TypeScript
Real experience with React and PostgreSQL; Supabase, Deno or serverless functions a plus
Have shipped something using an LLM API (Claude, OpenAI or similar) beyond a demo
Security minded: you know what RLS, least privilege and secret hygiene mean in practice
Clear written English; comfortable working asynchronously with a US founder
A reliable, wired internet connection

Nice to have

Cursor or Claude Code in your daily workflow; Vite; Postgres performance tuning
